Report of Facility Changes, Tests, and Experiments January 23,1994 - January 22,1995 Page 1 of 5 CHANGE TITLE Temporary Modification of Loop Stop Valve Interlocks CHANGE DESCR!PTION This change temporarily disabled temperature and timer interlocks for the Loop "C" Cold Leg Stop Valve. During Modes 5 or 6, disabling these interlocks allows an isolated loop to be put back into service without running the reactor coolant pump after adequate boron concentration has been assured.

CHANGE TITLE Installation of Temporary Door in Emergency Diesel Generator Building i CHANGE DESCRIPTION ,

Because new river water lines sewing the Emergency Diesel Generators would enter the building above ground, a missile shield was installed to protect the exposed piping.

Construction of the shield necessitated removal of a door on the Diesel Generator Building. A temporary door was provided as a pressure boundary during construction.

' CHANGE TITLE Temporary isolation of Heat Detectors for Main Transformer l CHANGE DESCRIPTION  !

Heat actuating devices which trigger the Deluge System for the Main Transformer were 1 temporarily isolated during testing of the transformer. During this period, a fire watch l was established with the ability to manually trigger the Deluge System.

CHANGE TITLE Sealant injection for Steam Generator Loop Seal Drain Valve CHANGE DESCRIPTION ,;

Sealant was injected into a steam generator loop seal drain valve [FW-313] to stop a l body-to-bonnet leak. This disabled the valve in its normally clcsed position until permanent repairs could be made.

Report of Facility Changes, Tests, and Experiments January 23,1994 - January 22,1995 Page 5 of 5 CHANGE TITLE Installation of Temporary Modification Capping Backup Water Supply to Fuel Pool CHANGE DESCRIPTION in order to ensure the integrity of a buried river water line supplying the emergency diesel generators, a branch line to the fuel pool was cut and capped. This action was taken because the line was believed to be a source of leakage. A backup water supply to the fuel pool was already provided by other sources. This change was later made permanent.
