SUMMARY
OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE FOR APRIL, 2003 The plant began the month shutdown for Refueling Outage 16. After refueling work was completed, the reactor was brought critical on April 19, 2003, at 08:06. The plant was synchronized to the power grid on April 20, 2003, at 12:35. Power was escalated and the plant returned to essentially full power (at greater than 99%) on April 25, 2003.
The plant completed the month at essentially full power.
