SUMMARY
- The plant was off-line at the start of the month for Refueling Outage 17. The reactor was declared critical on 1111512004 at 23:22 hrs. The plant was synchronized to the grid on 11/17l04 at 17:08 hrs. The plant was gradually increased in power, with essentially full power being reached on 11/21/04 at 13:35 hrs. The plant completed the month at essentially full power.
