SUMMARY

OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE FOR JANUARY 2002 The Plant began the month of January 2002, in mode 5 (cold shutdown), to complete repairs to the primary coolant system at the control rod drive housings.

The reactor was brought critical on January 17, at 0734 hrs, and the plant placed on line and synchronized to the electric grid on January 21, at 0524 hrs. Power was gradually increased until full power was reached on January 24, at 1200 hrs. The plant operated at full power for the remainder of the month.
