SUMMARY

OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE FOR DECEMBER 2002 The plant operated at essentially full power (at greater than 99%) until December 1, 2002 at 21:54, when the plant automatically tripped due to a loss of load resulting from the failure of a static line between the plant and the switchyard. Repairs were completed and the reactor was brought critical on December 4, 2002 at 16:51. The plant was synchronized to the grid on December 5, 2002 at 11:59 hours The plant was returned to essentially full power on December 7, 2002, and completed the month at essentially full power.
