SUMMARY

OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE FOR FEBRUARY 2003 The plant operated at essentially full power (at greater than 99%) until February 16, 2003, when power was reduced to approximately 89% following a reduction in service water bay level because of ice formation on the intake crib After clearing of the ice on the intake crib, plant operation was restored to essentially full power on February 21, 2003. The plant completed the month at essentially full power.
