SUMMARY

OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE FOR MARCH 2003 The plant operated at essentially full power (at greater than 99%) until March 16, 2003, when power was reduced and the plant taken offline for refueling at 06:21 am. The plant remained shutdown for the remainder of the month.
