SUMMARY

OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE FOR JUNE 2002 The plant operated at essentially full power until June 11, when power was reduced to approximately 50%

due to a trip of one of the Plant's Cooling Tower Pumps. Power was restored on June 14. Turbine Intercept Valve CV-0540 position fluctuations prompted a power reduction to about 90% on June 14 starting at 14:57 hrs. Troubleshooting of the Turbine Intercept Valve control was completed and power restored on June 15. The plant continued power operation at greater than 99% for the remainder of the month.
