SUMMARY

OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE FOR NOVEMBER 2002 The plant operated at essentially full power (at greater than 99%) until November 11 , when power was reduced to approximately 60% to repair a leak in Safety Injection Tank T-82D Level Instrument Line. The plant was returned to essentially full power on November 13t after repairs to the Level Instrument Line were completed. The plant completed the month at essentially full power.
