SUMMARY
- The plant operated at essentially full power until February 18, 2004, when power was reduced to 72% for main feed pump repairs. On February 19. 2004, power was reduced to 59% to complete repairs and testing. While at reduced power. Heater Drain Pump P-1 OA was repacked and turbine valve testing was completed. Full power was restored on February 22, 2004, and the plant operated at essentially full power for the remainder of the month.
