SUMMARY

The plant operated at essentially full power until April 29, 2004, when power was reduced to 88% for turbine governor valve repairs. Power was eventually reduced to 87%

to complete repairs and testing. Full power was restored on April 30, 2004, and the plant completed the month at essentially full power.
