SUMMARY
- The plant began the month at essentially full power (greater than 99%). The plant reduced power to approximately 84%
on November 8 to conduct turbine valve testing. During testing, a heater drain system level control valve stuck partially open requiring a further reduction in power to 72 percent on November 9. Following test completion and level control valve repairs, power escalation to 90 percent reactor power occurred November 10. Power was maintained at about 90% until November 13, when repairs to a heater drain pump discharge check valve were completed. On November 13, power was increased to full power, and the plant completed the month operating at full power (greater than 99%).
