Purnuant to the recedon o'f Infornation Act, l'.S.C.0 552, I hereby request copies of all docunents, including rer'oranda, letters, studies, reports, and any other t*ritten comunications pertaining to the ? uclaar Peculatory Conniss-ion's statenent in the :ovenber 13, 1982 Inquirer.

Under the headline "U.S. orders end to uork on Ohio nuclear plant," as it related to the Zinner ::uclear Reactor in Cincinnatti and the Bechtel Corporat-lon, I seek the above docunentation as it relates to the ::uclear Regulatory Conn-insion's statenent that it wanted to look into the question of uhether the re-viev(of the Finner Plant) should he perforned by nechtel, quote: "in view of some problens at other nuclear plants involving Eechtel".
