Power level decreased slightly from that point until September 23, 1989, where the unit was taken off line for its annual refueling and maintenance outage.

i Major outage work includes replacing approximately 16 blades in the No. 2 low pressure turbine, replacing the axle and bearings in the turbine building crane, performing the 10-year reactor >

vessel inspection, and hydro testing the reactor coolant system, ,

safety injection system, and residual heat removal system.

The station battery, D06, is also scheduled to be replaced this outage.

The containment integrated leak rate test was successfully completed. Steam generator work includes eddy current, sleeving, plug repair, and sludge lancing.
