LER 266/98-009-00, Inadequate Technical Specification Surveillance of Undervoltage Contacts in Safeguards Sequence Circuitry.
LER 266/98-010-00, Inadequate Technical Specifications Surveillance of Containment Spray Logic.
Safety-related maintenance included:
1.
AF-4012 P-38A auxiliary feedwater pump discharge control valve indication switch adjusted.
2.
1B311C-B854D P-32B service water pump normal / alternate transfer switch connections torque checked.
3.
C-001 Unit I and 2 safeguards control board wire separation project that installed a new switch and Siltemp.
4.
C-002 Unit I and 2 electrical control board wire separation project that removed ol' wires and d
rerouted new wires.
5.
1C-2 personnel access air lock inner door interlock cam shaft repaired.
6.
'lC,004 reactor and chemical and volume control systems control board wire separation project that removed the W-2 switch, installed new control switches and Siltemp and relanded wires.
7.
C-34 G-01 emergency diesel generator alarm and electrical panel contact block terminal support screw replaced.
8.
CC-17 T-12 component cooling surge tank radiation controlled vent valve stroked and spring adjusted.
