Resumption of operation after refueling will require changes to Technical Specifications. The changes will be such as to allow operation of the plant with a fresh reload batch and reshuffled Core.

7/3 At 0200 load was decreased to 610 PMe to clean condenser water boxes. Load was increased to capacity (850 MWe) at 1800.
7/5 At 0500 load was reduced to 690 MWe to investigate saltwater leakage into the main condenser.
7/6 After plugging one condenser tube resumed full load operation (850 fNe) at 1000.
7/8 At 0350 load was reduced to 660 MWe to investigate saltwater leakage into the main condenser.
7/9 Increased load to capacity (840 P!e) at 0800 after pluoqing one condenser tube. At 1600 load was reduced to 605 MWe to investiaate saltwater leakage into the main condenser.
7/11 After pluggina four condenser tubes resumed full load operation (345 !?!e) at 0030. At 1200 load was reduced to 605 fele to investigate saltwater leakace into the main condenser. Increased load to capacity (840 M!e) at 2210 afte plugging one condenser tube.
l 7/12 At 2100 load was reduced to 725 ! ale to investigate saltwater leakage into the main condenser.
7/13 After pluoping one condenser tube resumed full load operation (840 !*4e) at 0750.
7/14 At 1130 load was decreased to 780 f4!e for troubleshooting an electrical problem with #11 Main Circulating Water Pump.

7/24 At 0140 load was reduced to 740 MWe to investigate saltwater leakage into the main condenser. Load was increased to 850 MWe at 0610 when indications of saltwater leakage disappeared.
7/26 At 0300 load was reduced to 715 MWe to investigate saltwater leakage into the main condenser. After olugging one condenser tube resumed full load operation (840 MWe) at 1300.
7/27 At 0300 load was reduced to 715 MWe to investigate saltwater leakage into the main condenser. Load was increased to 845 MWe at 1600 when indications of saltwater leakage disappeared.
7/30 At 2040 load was reduced to 730 "We to investigate saltwater leakage into the main condenser.
7/31 Load was increased to 845 MWe at 0300 when indications of saltwater leakage disappeared. At the end of this reporting period Unit I was operating at 845 MWe with the reactor at 100% power.
