LOCATION: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission One White Flint North 11555 Rockville Pike One White Flint, HQ-OWFN-16B4 Rockville. Maryland PURPOSE: On March 18, 2013, a Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 2.206 petition from petitioners representing Alliance for a Green Economy. Citizens Awareness Network. Pilgrim Watch, and Vermont Citizens Action Network, was submitted to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) requesting that the NRC take enforcement-related action against Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. related to the operations at James A. Fitzpatrick, Pilgrim, and Vermont Yankee nuclear power plants (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML13079A022). The purpose of this meeting is to provide the petitioner with an opportunity to address the NRC Petition Review Board (PRB), pursuant to 10 CFR 2.206.

CATEGORY 1:* This is a Category 1 public meeting between the NRC and the Petitioner. The public will have an opportunity to ask questions pertaining only to the 10 CFR 2.206 processes, after the petitioner completes his uninterrupted presentation to the PRB.
