Region I 2100 Renaissance Boulevard, Suite 100 King of Prussia, PA 19406-2713 Purpose: An open Regulatory Conference will be held at Entergys request to provide Entergy an opportunity to present to the NRC its perspective on the facts and assumptions the NRC used to arrive at, and assess the significance of, the preliminary White finding and associated Apparent Violation documented in NRC Inspection Report No. 05000293/2015007, dated May 27, 2015, (ML15147A412, EA-15-081), Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station - NRC Special Inspection Report 05000293/2015007; and Preliminary White Findin The finding involved the failure by Entergy staff to identify, evaluate, and correct the condition of the A safety relief valve (SRV) failing to open upon manual actuation during a plant cooldown on February 9, 201 The failure to take actions to preclude repetition resulted in the C SRV failing to open due to a similar cause following the January 27, 2015, partial loss of offsite power event. This conference will also address whether enforcement action is warranted for the Apparent Violation of NRC requirements associated with the preliminary White finding.

Public Participation: This is a Category 1 Meeting. Following the business portion of the meeting, members of the public will have an opportunity to discuss Entergys performance and the role of the NRC in ensuring safe operations at the plants. The agenda is enclose Attendees:
