Purpose:
To discuss the NRCs assessment of the safety performance of the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Plant for calendar year 2008 and the role of the agency in ensuring safe plant operations.
Attendees:

Rosebrook, Senior Project Engineer Entergy: Kevin Bronson, Pilgrim Site Vice President Bob Smith, Pilgrim General Manager, Plant Operations Steve Bethay, Pilgrim NSA Director Brian Sullivan, Pilgrim Engineering Director Public Participation*: The Pilgrim Annual Assessment Meeting is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have opportunities to communicate with the NRC staff following the business portion, before the meeting is adjourned. Several NRC representatives will also be available for an information session prior to the Annual Assessment Meeting with Entergy. The information session is being provided to maximize discussion with the public to ensure their issues and concerns may be presented, understood, and considered by the NRC.
