LOCATION: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Commissioners' Conference Room 01F16/01G16 One White Flint North 11555 Rockville Pike Rockville, Maryland 20852 PURPOSE: On March 9, 2012, a Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 2.206 petition was submitted to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) requesting that the NRC take Emergency Enforcement action against Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (the licensee) with regard to the undue risk to the public health and safety caused by the continued operation of FitzPatrick (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML12074A032). The purpose of this meeting is to provide the petitioner with an opportunity to address the NRC Petition Review Board (PRB), pursuant to 10 CFR 2.206.
