FITZPATRICK NUCLEAR POWER PLANT (TAC NO. ME8189)

On June 29, 2015, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff met with Beyond Nuclear, et. al. (the petitioners), where the petitioners presented supplemental information to the NRC Petition Review Board (PRB) in accordance with Management Directive 8.11, Review Process for 10 CFR 2.206 Petitions. This was in support of the petitioners 2.206 petition regarding containment ventilation at the James A. Fitzpatrick Nuclear Power Plant. This meeting was held at NRC Headquarters, One White Flint North, 11555 Rockville Pike, Rockville, Maryland. A summary of this meeting can be found in the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) at Accession No. ML15197A356.
