Purpose:

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) will meet with the public to discuss the NRCs assessment of safety performance at the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant and the Nine Mile Point Nuclear Generating Station for calendar year 2016, as described in the annual assessment letters dated March 1, 2017.

NRC Attendees: A. Dimitriadis, Chief, Projects Branch 1, Division of Reactor Projects B. Sienel, Senior Resident Inspector, FitzPatrick J. Pfingsten, Acting Resident Inspector, FitzPatrick K. Kolaczyk, Senior Resident Inspector, Nine Mile Point E. Miller, Resident Inspector, Nine Mile Point G. Stock, Resident Inspector, Nine Mile Point Public Participation: This is a Category 3 Meeting. The NRC staff will hold an open house to discuss the performance of FitzPatrick and Nine Mile Point during calendar year 2016. NRC staff will be available, in an informational setting, to answer questions from members of the public and discuss issues or concerns related to FitzPatrick and Nine Mile Point Meeting
