Facilities: James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant (FitzPatrick) and Nine Mile Point Nuclear Generating Station (Nine Mile Point)

Docket Nos.: 50-220, 50-333, and 50-410 Date/Time: Tuesday, August 21, 2018 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Location: Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station Training Building 348 Lake Road Oswego, NY 13126

Purpose:

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) will meet with the public to discuss the NRCs assessment of safety performance at the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant and the Nine Mile Point Nuclear Generating Station for calendar year 2017, as described in the annual assessment letters dated February 28, 2018.

NRC Attendees: A. Dimitriadis, Chief, Projects Branch 5, Division of Reactor Projects E. Miller, Senior Resident Inspector, Nine Mile Point B. Sienel, Resident Inspector, Nine Mile Point J. Dolecki, Resident Inspector, Nine Mile Point K. Kolaczyk, Senior Resident Inspector, FitzPatrick G. Stock, Resident Inspector, FitzPatrick Public Participation: This is a Category 3 Meeting. The NRC staff will hold an open house to discuss the performance of FitzPatrick and Nine Mile Point during calendar year 2017. NRC staff will be available, in an informational setting, to answer questions from members of the public and discuss issues or concerns related to FitzPatrick and Nine Mile Point Meeting

2 This meeting is being held in conjunction with Exelons Community Information Night. Parking will be available at the Nine Mile Point Nuclear Power Plant lot and participant will be shuttled to and from the Nine Mile Point Training Building.
