Public participation is actively sought for this meeting to fully engage the public in a discussion of regulatory issues.

Purpose:

NRC personnel will be participating in a public meeting of the Vermont Nuclear Decommissioning Citizen Advisory Panel (NDCAP) in order to discuss and take public comment on the proposed transfer of the license for the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station from Entergy to NorthStar for the purpose of expedited decommissioning.
