(Entergy, the licensee) of the Overall Integrated Plan for Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML13064A300), in response to NRC Order Number EA-12-049, "Order Modifying Licenses with Regard to Requirements for Mitigation Strategies for Beyond-Design-Basis External Events (Effective Immediately}," dated March 12, 2012 (ADAMS Accession No. ML12056A045).
This is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to participate in this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
