1. Are IOCA guidelines developed by the Owner's Group adequate for coping with small break IOCA's at ENP-l?

FESPCNSE:

The generic Owner's Group IOCA guidelines with ENP specifics incorporated are adequate for coping with small hreak IOCA's at ENP.

2. Identify how our IOCA procedures deviate frcra Owner's Group guidelines. (Onissions and additions) .

RESPOEE:

'Ihe generic guidelines were incorporated into existing ENP procedures. 'Ihe changes made to the gindelines (anissions and additions) mre to incorporate plant specific energency instructions. 'Ihe following are ex-anplas of such deviations fran the guidelines:

ADDITICNS:

A. Actuation of the Plant Emergency Alam.

B. Placing hydrogen reconbiners in service within one hour in accordance with NUFEG 0578.

C. Operator guidelines that address tenperature effect on level measurements in accordarm IE Bulletin 79-21.

D. Initiation of Energency Implenenting Procedure for Radiation Exposure Estimation and Classification O p g of Emergencies, g 1677 M9 8001030 bO

A. First caution on page E-1 (HP)-5 which is not applicable due to ENP design.

3. Identify any operator training perfonned that m uld result in operator actions for recovering frun a IDCA that are not in ENP procedures.

RESPCNSE:

Cperator actions required for recovery frcxn a IOCA have been incorporated into ENP energency opera *ig procedures. Training performed did not address any operator actions that are not incorporated in ENP emergency operating procedures.
