CAUSE DESCRIPTION AND CCRAECTIVE ACTIONS h g

g l Samples of the material clogging the spray nozzles were obtained and analyzed; g labout 50*. of the debris clogging the nozzles was found to be rust and the rest of I g lthe material has not been identified. The nozzles will be removed and cleaned and l g l the system blown down with air to remove any rust particles. The other train of l g l ventilation will be tested when this train is returned to service. ao t
