Dear Mr. Seidle:

In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.55(e), this letter provides the status of an apparent discrepancy involving installation and inspection requirements for Class V non auclear safety-related piping supports, that was discovered between the CPSES Final Safety Analysis Report and the applicable project specifications. The matter was reported verbally to your Mr. R. G. Taylor on November 20, 1979.

We are continuing with our evaluation of the matter and should be in a position to file a formal report by July 15, 1980.
