1229 - 41st Street Los Alamos, New Mexico 87544 In the Matter of Wisconsin Electric Power Company (Point Beach Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2) N$O'_f'; o f[c>

Dear Administrative Judges:

On the final day of hearings in the above captioned matter, Judge Bloch permitted Wisconsin's Environmental Decade (" Decade") to makean oralmotion for disclosure of information relating to tests that were conducted for safety purposes. Decade stated that its brief in support of this motion was a matter of record in the transcript of the proceedings. Tr. 720-22. While the Commission's rules of practice do not provide for a time limit in which to respond to an oral motion, Wisconsin Electric Power Company intends to file a response (including Westinghouse Electric Corporation's position) to Decade's oral motion 8111180425 811106 gg I DRADOCK05000g G )
