Per my September 30, 1982 telephone conversation with Judge Bloch, I am enclosing the Point Beach Unit 1 " Steam Generator Repa'.r Report," August 1982, as well as a previous document (" Description of Steam Generator Report, Point Beach Nuclear Plant, Unit 1") which was submitted to the NRC carlier, but which was superseded in its entirety by the Steam Generator Repair Report. Also enclosed for your information is the initial submittal of May 27, 1982, which precipitated the notice of opportunity for hearing, the cover letter dated August 16, 1982 transmitting the Steam Generator Repair Report to Peter Anderson, and a letter from Licensee to the Commission dated August 10, 1982, commenting on the notice of opportunity for hearing.
