The scheduling change was requested by Decade in an August 25 call to Chairman Bloch, and was the subject of further discussion between Decade and Counsel for Licensee.
Counsel for Licensee conferred with Staff counsel on August 26, 1982.
The change in the date of the conference call will enable Decade's representative, Mr. Anderson, to honor another commitment on September 8.
The agreement on the time of the September 9 conference call reflects the parties' recognition that the conference call may be an extenSed one.
