Licensee has reviewed the testimony filed to date in this proceeding concerning the proprietary nature of the " Point Beach Steam Generator Sleeving Report," including the testimony filed by Westinghouse Electric Corporation
(" Westinghouse "), the NRC Staff and Wisconsin's Environmental Decade, Inc. concerning the
" balancing test" of 10 C.F.R.
S 2.790 (b) (5) as applied to that report.
