Dear Administrative Judges:

Decade has requested that the reporter transcribing tele-phone conferences prepare a separate page for each transcript-which would summarize the schedules established at that conference.

Applicant strongly urges the Board not to adopt such a procedure.

The characterization of the scheduled events should not be subject to the interpretation of the reporter. Also, the schedules are often developed over the course of the conference, with modifi-cations sometimes mado as the Board and parties give further con-sideration to the various aspects of the schedules.
