In order to facilitate establishment of a prehearing and hearing schedule following the January 18, 2005, disclosure of information pursuant to 10 CFR §2.336, it would be very helpful to know the schedule for the ACRS review and completion of the Staff safety evaluation report.

Inasmuch as discovery of this matter from the ACRS or the Staff is not permitted in the context of the docket, the Department of Public Service requests that the Board inquire of the Staff and the ACRS as to their current schedules for completing their safety reviews relevant to the 1fiefnpkbte=
