OF PUBLIC MEETING TO DISCUSS CORRECTIVE ACTIONS IMPLEMENTED TO ADDRESS THE CHILLING EFFECT LETTER

Dear Mr. Sunseri:

On January 22, 2014, members of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff met with representatives of Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation in Arlington, TX at the Region IV office to discuss the licensee's initiatives implemented to address issues brought up in the NRC's chilling effect letter issued on August 19, 2013 (ML13233A208). A copy of the licensee's presentation is included as Enclosure 1.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosures will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC's Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of the NRC's Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADA MS).
