Letter from TVA to NRC, "Response to NRC Regulatory Issue Summary 2011-04, Preparation and Scheduling of Operator Licensing Examinations," dated July 7, 2011 Nuclear Regulatory Commission's (NRC) Regulatory Issue Summary (RIS) 2012-07 (Reference
1) requested specific information regarding the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant's (SQN) projected operator licensing examination schedules and the estimated number of applicants.

The enclosure to this letter addresses the NRC's request and provides an estimate of the examination requirements for the SQN on NRC Form 536,"Operator Licensing Examination Data." SQN has no initial operator license examination planned for calendar year 2014.Please note that the information provided in the enclosure updates the information previously provided in Reference

2. Information on the proposed Generic Fundamentals Examination (GFE) schedule for calendar year 2013 is provided since the estimated number of candidates has been revised and also includes a change from June to September.
