Unit 1 Cycle 25 Refueling Outage Day Inservice Inspection Summary Report - Supplement

TVA letter to NRC, ³Unit 1 Cycle 25 Refueling Outage Day Inservice Inspection Summary Report,' dated February 22, 2023 On February 22, 2023, the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) submitted the referenced letter in accordance with the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code,Section XI, Article IWA-6240 and Code Case N-532-5. A subsequent work order review identified that repair of the B-B Emergency Gas Treatment System cooler coil should have been reported under Table 2 of the Owner¶s Activity Report. Per ASME Code Case N-532-5, utilities are required to submit an abstract for repair/replacement activities that were required due to an item containing a flaw or relevant condition that exceeded Division 1 acceptance criteria.
The Enclosure to this letter contains a revised Owner¶s Activity Report that supersedes the one provided in the referenced letter. This issue has been entered into the TVA corrective action program for resolution.
