Letter from NRC to TVA, Sequoyah Nuclear Plant - Notification of Licensed Operator Retake Initial Examination 05000327/2023301 and 05000328/2023301, dated November 18, 2022 As requested by the referenced letter, the enclosure to this letter provides the information for the Tennessee Valley Authoritys (TVAs) Sequoyah Nuclear Plant (SQN) Reactor Operator initial written examination retake scheduled to be administered the week of March 13, 2023.

As discussed during a telephone conversation on November 17, 2022 between Mr. J. Viera, NRC Senior Operations Engineer, and Mr. Aaron Forsha, SQN Lead Operations Instructor, the due date for this submittal is January 13, 2023.

There are no commitments contained in this submittal. In accordance with 10 CFR 55.49 and NUREG-1021, Operator Licensing Examination Standards for Power Reactors, appropriate measures have been taken to ensure examination integrity and security. Accordingly, it is requested that this letter and enclosed documents be withheld from public disclosure until the examinations are completed.
