Enforcement Action EA-22-129 Inspection Readiness Notification

Reference:

NRC Inspection Report dated April 20, 2023, Sequoyah Nuclear Plant, Units 1 & 2 - Final Significance Determination For a Security-Related Greater Than Green Finding, Notice of Violation and Assessment Followup Letter, 05000327/2023441 and 05000328/2023441 By the Reference letter, the NRC determined the performance at Sequoyah Nuclear Plant, Units 1 & 2, to be in the Regulatory Response Column of the Regulatory Oversight Program Action Matrix beginning the Fourth Quarter of 2022. The NRC also therein notified TVA of its plan to perform an additional inspection after TVA notifies the NRC of TVAs readiness. This letter serves to notify the NRC of TVAs readiness for the NRC to schedule the inspection.
