Comment Appendix E STEP 4 (Page 1of3) SAT Guidance for Voltage Schedules 1.0 Performance UNSAT NOTES

1) In order to ensure compliance with NERC requirements and the Voltage Schedule when the Main Generator is online 500 KV Swyd voltage shall be maintained within 520 +/-10 KV (510 KV to 530 KV} as taken during the hourly readings.
2) In the following directions, "achievable reactive power" is defined as the limit for reactive power IAW Appendix D or GOl-6 Section 5.3 without exceeding the Generator Voltage limits or any other generator parameter, examples being a stator temperature limit or hydrogen temperature limit or Generator Capability Cuive or limits set by an ODMI.
3) The following step maintains the 500 KV switchyard within an administrative band that provides margin to the NERC Voltage Schedule limits.

[1.3] IF the switchyard voltage is to be lowered, THEN ENSURE the following parameters are maintained:

A. Generator voltage between 22,800 and 24,800
