2. NRC Inspection Report dated April 20, 2023, Sequoyah Nuclear Plant, Units 1 & 2 - Final Significance Determination For a Security-Related Greater Than Green Finding, Notice of Violation and Assessment Followup Letter, 05000327/2023441 and 05000328/2023441 (ADAMS Accession No. ML23103A395)

By Reference Letter 1, TVA informed the NRC of its readiness for the NRC to schedule the inspection of an additional inspection identified in Reference Letter 2. In response, the NRC notified TVA of the plan to perform the supplemental inspection the week of September 18, 2023.

This letter requests a postponement of the NRCs scheduled 95001 Inspection at the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant. This request is based on time needed to complete additional effectiveness reviews of Fleet corrective actions.

TVA will inform the NRC in writing of our readiness to conduct the inspection upon completion of the additional effectiveness reviews.
