Inaddition, theparentsystems(e.g.,SafetyInjection) ofthecomponents contained inthecontainment isolation systemcanbeconsidered affectedbythisUFSARchange.However,thereisnochangetothecapability ofthesesystemstoperformtheirintendeddesignfunction, onlyanupdateoftheirabilitytoisolatecontainment whenrequired.

TheupdatedUFSARTable6.2-13ispresented inAttachment A.Duetothesignificant numberofchanges,amarked-up versionofthecurrentUFSARtablewasnotgenerated.

Instead,Attachment Bprovidesadetailedlistingofallchangesmadetothetable.Attachment Bisdividedintofour(4)subtables.(2)(3)(4)Thefirsttable,providesalistingofglobalnoteswhichwereappliedasapplicable toeliminate redundancy.

Thesecondtableprovidesalistingofchangesmadetotheformatandoverallstructure oftheUFSARtable.Thethirdtableliststhechangesmadetoeachindividual penetration ontheUFSARtable.Thefourthtableidentifies allchangesmadetotheUFSARtablenotes.However,sincemanymodifications weremadetotheUFSARtable,mostnoteshavebeenrenumbered andrevised.Consequently, toeliminate confusion, achangeassociated withthenotescolumnforaparticular penetration isonlyidentified inTable3ifanotehasbeenaddedordeleted.Thereisnochangeidentified inTable3ifanotenumberhasonlybeenchanged,ifchangesweremadetothenoteitself,orifthenotewasdeletedglobally.

Instead,thesechangesareprovidedinTable4.3.3ThechangestoUFSARTable6.2-13fallintothreecategories:

Allchangeswererev'iewed toensurecontinued compliance withthedesignbasisforthecontainment isolation systemandtheGinnaStationLicensing Basis.4.0Preliminar SafetEvaluation 4.14.2TheproposedUFSARchangeswillnotincreasetheprobability ofoccurrence ofanaccidentpreviously evaluated intheUFSAR.ThechangestotheUFSARTablearetocorrecttypographical errors,provideadditional clarification, andupdatethetabletoreflectactualplantconditions.

Allchangesconsidered "lessconservative" areacceptable anddonotincreasetheprobability ofoccurrence asdiscussed inSections3.3.2.4,3.3.2.5,3.3.2.6,and3.3.3.3.Alladditions anddeletions tothetablearealsoacceptable anddonotincreasetheprobability ofoccurrence asdiscussed inSections3.3.1.3,3.3.2.1,3.3.2.7,and3.3.2.8.Thus,thereisnochangeinsystemfunction, norareduction insystemreliability.
