Cause Description and Corrective Actions (continued) correct alignmen*. cf the valve and the mounting flange centerline, each time the valve is rea .embled.

Main steam saf ety relief valve discharge line vaccum breaker valves (2S21 F037-C,0,E,F,6,H,1,J.) v ere also inspected and found to be in gocd repair with no epperent prcblems.

An update will be submitted when the final resolution has been made.
