Dear Bob:
I have looked into the question you raised in your letter of May lls on our story en Saxton, We checked back with our oriSinal source and found that there was one misunderstanding, a small one, in that the words "AEC inspection" should have road "AEC-requested i nspec tion".
However, the Saxton offical stated that his original statement did say delay was caused by the inspection.
I don't know whether you want to pursue this any further. If you i do please let me know.
