Saxton Nuclear Experimental Corporation Facility Operating License No. DPR-4 Docket No. 50-146 SNEC Facility Procesa Control Program The purpose of this letter is twofold. First, it submits for review and approval the SNEC Facility Process Control Program. It is being submitted for inclusion with documentation previously submitted to support Technical Specification Change Request (TSCR) 59 which addresses the active decommissioning and dismantlement of the SNEC facility.
Second, GPU Nuclear Inc. will be initiating activities starting with Item 1.2.2.3 of Figure 2.2-4 of the SNEC Facility Decommissioning Plan when approval of TSCR 59 is obtained. The remainder of the schedule will be adjusted forward from the quarter that work is initiated.
