The report contains the information required to identify the total number of individuals for whom personnel monitoring was required and the statistical summary of personnel monitoring information for the Calendar Year 1992.
The late submittal is the result'of an administrative error. 'An internal QA audit identified the error and corrective action has been taken to prevent-recurrence.
