Revision 1 of the Saxton Nuclear Experimental Corporation Decommissioning Quality Assurance Plan. The functional QA responsibility for the administration of a goods and services nonconformance program, and a material nonconformance program that appears in revision 0 of the plan does not appear in revision 1. Plea:e address this change to the plan.
Response: It was agt the intent of GPU Nuclear to revise the functional responsibility for the administration of a goods and services nonconformance program, and a material conconformance program that appeared in revision 0 of the plan. A word processing error resulted in the deletion of the text in question (a drail verdon of revision 0 was inadvertently used when the revision 1 changes were incorporated). A word-by-word review has been performed since the variation was identified to assure that revision I to the Saxton Nuclear Experimental Corporation Decommissioning Quality Assurance Plan, l
contains the text of revision 0 as revised by the change barred sections in revision 1. A copy of a " corrected" revision 1 is attached.

Revision 1 of the Saxton Nuclear Experimental Corporation Decommissioning Quality l
Assurance Plan. Appendix A of the plan, which ic discussed in your answer to question five in your letter of May 30,1997 (C301-97-2017), appears to be missing some information in the discussion of Regulatory Guide 1.144. Please address.
Response: Information found in section 3 under the discussion regarding Regulatory Guide 1.144 was inadvertently eliminated from revision lof the plan as a result of the same error identified above. Actions taken to verify the correctness of the content of the entire plan, as described above, resulted the re-inclusion of section 3. It is as provided in the response to question five in our letter of May 30,1997 (C301.97-2017).
