I' The purpose of this letter is to submit SNEC facility procedure 6575-ADM-4500.06," Emergency Response Procedure and Emergency Plan" The procedure was identified as Attachment 4 to the Response to the Request for Additional Information Regarding Technical Specification Change l Requ'est 59 dated May 30,1997, in the response to Question 34. The procedure was inadvertently overlooked and not included as an attachment in the submittal. With the submittal of the procedure as Attachment 1 to this letter, the SNEC facility response to the request for additional information regarding Technical Specification Change Request 59 is complete as intended.
