B-5 AMENDMENT NO. 23 Effective May 10, 1996, Indemnity Agreement No. B-5, between Saxton Nuclear Experimental Corporation and the Atomic Energy Commission dated November 15, 1961, is hereby further amended as follows:

Wherever the name "Saxton Nuclear Experimental Corporation" is stated in the indemnity agreement, the following named licensee "GPU Nuclear Corporation" is also included.
