PURPOSE: To meet with the public to receive comments on draft Supplement 47 to the Generic Environmental Impact Statement for License Renewal of Nuclear Plants (NUREG-1437) for Columbia Generating Station, issued on August 23, 2011. The draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement is available on the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions (NRCs) Website at: http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/doc-collections/nuregs/staff/sr1437/supplement47/ and in the NRCs publicly available Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS).
